Description

Permanent, 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday
Term time only 36 weeks per year (plus INSET & Open Mornings)
40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Secretary to provide administrative support to the Pre-Prep & Junior School. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, act as a first point of contact for parents and visitors, and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the Pre-Prep and Junior School office.
  • Act as a first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff, visitors and external enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate pupil records and support school registration processes.
  • Manage communications
    , including emails, telephone calls and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Assist with the organisation of school events, open mornings and other key activities.
  • Help ensure safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
