Juice is recruiting for our long standing client in their search for a fantastic Administrator to join the team. For this role we are looking for a confident administrator who had a knack for Excel formula.

• Daily use of the internal document management system.
• Raising invoices, work orders and reviewing data in the system.
• Usuring all data is added onto the system correctly and within the agreed timeframe.
• Help planning team to schedule work with on the ground departments.
• Maintain planning documentation, certificates and schedules.
• Update internal systems with work timelines.
• Working across departments to ensure process moves smoothly.
• Ad-hoc wider support with administration when needed.

• Strong administrative knowledge and confidence with Excel.
• Brilliant multitasking skills ideally surrounding a product.
• Driver preferred due to location, the role will be hybrid after training.
• Looking for 3 - 6 months temp assignment with the potential for extension.
• Strong technical aptitude with a head for numbers.
