Position: Legal Post Completion Coordinator - Conveyancing (part-time)
Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Bath who is actively seeking to engage a Legal Post Completion Coordinator – Conveyancing on a part-time basis. What you will be doing:
Supporting the residential conveyancing department, you will coordinate all post completion activities to include;
Preparation of letters and documents for completion Checking completion statements to ensure financial calculations are correct on client and office accounts after completion Submission of documents to HMRC and Land Registry Dealing with enquiries from Mortgage Lenders regarding mortgage redemption and registration Adhoc duties when required What you will need to succeed:
Proven administrative experience in a legal environment, conveyancing experience would be beneficial The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel) First rate communication skills at all levels What you will receive in return :
