Transaction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Sales leadership team in a permanent capacity.

• You are an experienced Transaction Manager with a proven track record of delivering strong, sustainable performance within a retail sales environment.
• You understand that finance performance is built on structure, clarity, and confidence, not pressure. You are commercially aware, organised in your approach and comfortable operating within a regulated environment.
• You lead with professionalism and accountability, maintaining high standards across both performance and process.
• Experience with in a Volkswagen or wider VAG environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will join a supportive, well‑established Group that values long‑term development, structured performance, and professional standards.
