You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and support the delivery of large-scale campaigns across festivals, live events, retail environments and pop-up activations.

• Manage CNC workflow according to production priorities.
• Coordinate project-specific materials with the Production Manager.
• Monitor fabrication hours and productivity against budgets.
• Maintain workshop organisation, housekeeping and Health & Safety standards.
• Ensure machinery, tools and equipment are used and maintained safely.
• Support occasional installations and de-rigs.
• Lead, support and develop a team of fabricators.
• Plan workshop activity across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Review designs and recommend effective construction methods.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout each build.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Work with project teams to ensure drawings, materials and resources are available.

• Three to five years' experience in workshop management, fabrication, set building, exhibitions, events or technical production.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials and construction methods.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Experience operating workshop machinery safely.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• A practical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with in experiential marketing, festivals, exhibitions or retail activations would be beneficial.
• Flexibility is required, as occasional overtime, weekend work and on-site support may be needed during busy periods.
