Site Manager

An established and highly respected regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman / Internal Site Manager to take responsibility for the internal delivery of a £7m high-quality construction project in Bath.

The business has a long-standing reputation for delivering technically complex projects across the South West, operating across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, residential, and heritage-led schemes, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme certainty.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing all internal works through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of finish, coordination, and health & safety.

Key duties include:

Managing internal trades and subcontractors

Overseeing quality control and snagging through to handover

Coordinating finishing packages and sequencing works

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification

Liaising with the wider site team, design team, and subcontractors

Maintaining site records, permits, and compliance documentation

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Internal Site Manager

Background working for a main contractor on similar value projects

SMSTS – Essential

CSCS (Manager level preferred)

First Aid at Work

Strong eye for detail and quality finishes
