Senior Building Services Manager – Bath

We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor on a major new-build residential development in Bath, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to lead the MEP design, delivery and handover.

This is a key site-based position, taking ownership of the building services function through construction, commissioning and handover, working closely with the project team, consultants and specialist subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading MEP delivery across the project

Managing mechanical and electrical subcontractors

Driving programme, sequencing and installation

Reviewing technical submissions, drawings and design information

Ensuring quality, compliance and safe delivery

Managing commissioning and handover

Working closely with commercial and project teams

Providing strong technical leadership across the site

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong Building Services / MEP management experience

Main contractor experience preferred

Proven experience delivering large-scale new-build projects

Strong understanding of M&E coordination and installation

Confident managing specialist subcontractors and project stakeholders

A strong track record from construction through to completion

Salary: £95,000 + £7,000 car allowance or company car

Additional package includes expenses-paid travel, bonus and wider benefits.
