Crest Recruitment is seeking a Project Surveyor for a 9‑month fixed-term role in Bath. You will own repair projects, diagnosing defects, setting works specifications, and managing delivery to meet budget and quality targets.
Ideal candidates will have a construction qualification (HNC/HND), strong communication and stakeholder management, and experience with health and safety, CDM, and damp surveys. Hybrid working between home, office, and site is offered.
