The Bread Factory Limited is looking for a Customer Care Administrator in Bath. In this role, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, managing customer orders, and supporting day-to-day office administration. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and complaints swiftly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Ideal candidates will have a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Excel. The position offers a pay rate of £13.70 per hour for hours from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
