Dental Receptionist

The Dental Implant Clinic, Bath is looking for a friendly, organised and professional individual to join our specialist team.

This is a primarily reception and administrative role
, supporting our patients throughout their journey with us and helping the wider team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

As a specialist implant practice, we carry out a high volume of complex treatments.
Dental nursing experience would therefore be highly beneficial
, as an understanding of dental terminology, complex treatment plans and clinical workflows would be extremely useful when supporting with patient paperwork and administration. However, this is not essential
, and full training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact
• Managing appointments, diaries and patient enquiries
• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
• Assisting our Treatment Coordinator with administrative tasks and patient paperwork
• Helping with complex treatment plans and associated documentation
• Ensuring patient records and paperwork are complete and up to date
• Liaising with the clinical team to support a smooth and efficient patient journey
• Providing general reception and administrative support to the wider team

• Friendly, professional and patient-focused
• Highly organised and confident with administration
• An excellent communicator
• Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a busy environment
• Keen to learn and develop within a specialist dental practice

Dental nursing or previous dental experience is preferred but not essential. The right candidate will be professional, organised, approachable and enthusiastic about providing an excellent experience for our patients.
