The Clinic Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of community dental services, coordinating outpatient and domiciliary clinics, managing appointments and waiting lists, and providing high-quality administrative and reception support. Working closely with clinicians, patients, carers and partner organisations, you will help ensure an excellent patient experience and efficient service delivery across multiple community dental sites.,
- Coordinate clinics, patient appointments and waiting lists across multiple sites.
- Organise domiciliary appointments and associated support requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and external agencies.
- Manage patient enquiries by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems.
- Support service continuity by providing flexible cover across community dental locations.
- Participate in service improvement, audit and quality initiatives.
