About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Room Leader to join our 24-place preschool room at our Guinea Lane Nursery. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong leadership skills, and an affinity for working with young children. You will lead a small team in delivering a high-quality, play-based curriculum that supports each child’s learning and development.

Requirements:
- Level 3 or above
- Experience in leading a small team within an early years setting
- Experience in planning and delivering a play-based curriculum
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Be able to work 36 hours across 4 days
- All year round
- Salary dependent on experience / qualifications
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of early years practitioners within the preschool room.
- Act as a key person for a group of children, ensuring their safety, emotional well-being, learning, and development.
- Build strong and professional relationships with parents/carers and other key individuals in each child’s life.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our nursery team. You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality childcare and education through a play-based curriculum that promotes each child’s learning and development. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education and a caring, professional approach.

Requirements:
- Level 2 or above
- Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive, and child-focused attitude
- Be able to work 36 hours across 4 days

Key responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of a play-based, child-centred curriculum.
- Act as a key person for a group of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development needs are met.
- Build warm, positive relationships with parents/carers and maintain effective communication.
