DescriptionAs a member of our busy Registration and Enrolment Team, you will provide a high‑quality and seamless service to students throughout the start of their academic year. You will develop expert knowledge and understanding of online registration and enrolment, working closely with a variety of teams across the University and within partner institutions.
(This is a part‑time 0.8 role)
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with the Registration & Enrolment Manager and Professional Services Teams throughout the academic year. You will become the point of contact for all partner institutions (BSU Hackney and Canary Wharf), building strong working relationships with partner colleagues and representing the Registration and Enrolment Team in registry‑focused operational meetings.
You will lead on and be the escalation point for online registration queries, test online registration development, work with IT Services to identify required test records and resolve testing issues, and report on registration data to monitor enrolment progress and inform senior leadership.
With a focus on managing data quality, you will also work closely with our Data and Insights Service to ensure registration and student data is sufficient and well maintained.

- Opportunities for taking annual leave during the months of August, September and October will be limited; leave at other times will need to be assessed across the team so that service provision is not impacted.
- All members of the Academic Planning team are expected to support cross‑University events such as student recruitment activities, graduations, clearing, registration and similar, as appropriate. This may require occasional weekend and evening working.

SalarySalary Grade 6 - Starting from £27,160 rising to £30,155 per annum, pro rata £33,951 - £37,694
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
