** ASAPWe are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated SEND Curriculum Access Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2026.This is a part-time role (0.2
FTE), working every Friday as part of a job-share arrangement.

** What We Are Looking For
** The successful candidate will demonstrate the following Qualifications and Specialist Expertise:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge of SEND, along with demonstrable experience in adapting the curriculum to meet a diverse range of student needs, preferably gained through previous experience in both primary and secondary school environments
Candidates should also exhibit these Key Attributes:
* a commitment to raising student achievement at all levels
* an imaginative and creative approach to teaching and learning
* a strong understanding of effective pedagogy
* a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the school's exceptional range of extra-curricular activities
