Instructor/Technician in Printmaking

Bath College, Bath, England

Contract
:
Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Compensation
: £26,523 – £29,463 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine housekeeping in specialist areas.
  • Lead taught sessions with students where required, following plans of learning for the associated course.
  • Seek professional advice and guidance on specific machinery and equipment from specialists, and maintain machines and equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.
  • Organise and deliver efficient and effective assessing according to Awarding Body Standards in support of lecturing staff.
  • Maintain learner assessment records in accordance with examining body requirements.
  • Work with lecturers to provide learning resources that will include learning materials available on the College’s virtual learning environment, completed under the supervision of the designated lecturer or course leader.
Qualifications

Qualified to degree level in Art and Design specialising in Printmaking.
