Teaching Support Worker

This full-time role is based within a well-known further education setting in the city, supporting students aged 16–18 with autism and learning disabilities as they prepare for adulthood, employment and independence. • Teaching Support Worker supporting students aged 16–18
• Focus on autism and learning disabilities
• Full-time, 4 days per week, 8:30am–3:30pm
• £13.70 per hour
• Starts ASAP, becoming permanent after a 16-week settling-in period

You’ll support students in lessons and practical activities, helping them stay engaged, build independence and develop essential life skills.

This role suits local people, graduates, youth workers, sports coaches, teaching assistants or support workers who want to make a genuine difference. Experience is welcome but not essential.
