Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Pay: £89 - £125 per day (paid weekly)

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a really nice school environment where staff and students thrive.

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to aid learning
• Assist with classroom management and organisation
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar) is desirable
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils and staff
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
