As a Teaching Partner, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, engagement, and classroom activities across the primary age range.

• Support pupils' learning both in and out of the classroom
• Assist with delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
• Encourage positive participation and build strong relationships with pupils
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress
• Help maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive learning environment

As a Teaching Partner, you will play an important role in supporting pupils' development, confidence, and engagement with learning. This varied role offers the opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while contributing to a supportive and collaborative school community.

• Someone with a positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
