Overview

SEN Teacher Primary SEMH School Immediate Start QTS Teacher Required

We are an education recruitment agency seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teacher for an immediate start in a specialist primary SEMH school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children who need additional emotional and behavioural support.

This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who thrives in supportive, therapeutic education environments and is confident adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and support primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a classroom teacher
  • Support pupils emotional regulation and behaviour as part of your teacher role
  • Work closely with support staff and other teachers in the setting
  • Adapt learning and teaching strategies to meet a range of additional needs
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required
  • This role is only suitable for a qualified teacher
What we are looking for
  • Is a fully qualified teacher with QTS
  • Has experience as a primary teacher and/or SEN teacher
  • Has strong behaviour management skills as a classroom teacher
  • Is calm, resilient and nurturing in their approach to teaching
  • Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
