We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a well-respected primary school in Midsomer Norton. This role has a strong SEN focus and involves providing 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, autism, speech and language needs, and social or emotional challenges.

Ideal Candidate:
Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting children with SEN; confident adapting strategies to suit diverse learning needs; strong communication and teamwork skills; previous experience supporting SEN (desirable but not essential); a proactive and nurturing approach to learning support.
