Role OverviewWe are seeking to appoint three resident Boarding Assistants on a fixed‑term contract. You will live in shared accommodation with two other graduates within our listed building, overlooking Bath’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Responsibilities- Assist with day‑to‑day running of the boarding houses.
- Help to organise, run and staff the Weekend Programme.
- Carry out administrative tasks involved in boarding.
- Support students in class by encouraging learning and skill acquisition.
This is a residential post that may involve morning, evening and weekend duties. You will receive 24 hours off duty per week, plus additional time off when not on duty.
Qualifications- Team player with a proven track record of being proactive and highly organised.
- Ability to act on one's own initiative.
- Fair but firm approach to behaviour.
- Enjoy working with young people, and possess energy, enthusiasm and commitment appropriate to a boarding school environment.
