Key Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic direction of our school.
• Support and challenge our leadership team.
• Engage with stakeholders and the community.
• Identify and address issues and risks.
• Collaborate with fellow Governors.
• Monitor and evaluate performance.
• Ensure every pupil receives the best possible education, attend 6 board meetings per year, in person at the school.
• Contribute to discussions on school strategy, finances, and pupil welfare.
• Access training and support to help you succeed.

• No previous experience in education is necessary - just a willingness to learn and make a positive impact.
