You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties. Some days you’ll be helping a child settle into class, other days you’ll be celebrating the little wins that make this job so special.
What the role can include:- 1:1 support and small group work
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and routines
- Supporting learning through creativity and patience
- Working closely with class teachers and SEND teams
- A calm, positive attitude
- Great communication and empathy
- Experience with children or vulnerable adults is a bonus, not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
