Cover Supervisor

Affinity Partnerships are looking for Cover Supervisors (Unqualified Teachers), with a background in teaching or working with children in any capacity, within Bath and Bristol. This could include experience such as classroom teaching, tutoring, coaching, dance instruction, or any other role involving supporting young people's learning and development.

The ideal candidate should feel comfortable leading KS3 and KS4 lessons and should be enthusiastic about teaching. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience as a teacher.

• Have a sound understanding of secondary education.
• Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
• Have experience supporting children across all aspects of the curriculum.
• Be a team player while also using their initiative and a good sense of humour.
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.

• A dedicated consultant will support you with any questions and concerns.
• Support with writing CVs and job applications.
• £200 for any successful referral of teachers and £100 for teaching assistants.
• Free, up-to-date safeguarding training.
• Training workshops and CPD courses to support professional development.
• The option of working under a PAYE or umbrella pay scheme.
