We work with primary, secondary, academies, specialist provisions and alternative settings that regularly require high‑quality staff for supply, long‑term and permanent placements.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience working within UK schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Relevant HLTA qualification or substantial experience in a similar role
• Confidence leading whole‑class learning when required
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills

• A positive, adaptable and professional approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
