We're looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

No two days are ever quite the same, but that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or other additional learning needs
• Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
• Building positive relationships and encouraging confidence and independence
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Creating a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to adapt and think on your feet
• A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their potential

• Experience with in a specialist school, resource base, or alternative provision
• Team Teach, MAPA, or behaviour management training
• Knowledge of EHCPs and intervention strategies
• Thrive training or trauma-informed practice experience
