The working hours for these roles are expected to be 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. We are looking for multiple candidates to join our team.

About the roleAs a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff, the SEND team and pastoral colleagues to provide personalised support throughout the school day. Your role will be instrumental in helping a student engage successfully in learning, develop independence and build the confidence and resilience needed to flourish both academically and personally.

The successful candidate will:
A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, experience in a secondary school or experience supporting students with SEND would be welcomed but is not essential, as full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
