The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assist teachers with lessons and learning activities

Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

Support children with additional learning needs where required

We're Looking For We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including:

Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants Support Workers and Care Assistants Youth Workers Sports Coaches Psychology, Education and Criminology Graduates Individuals with experience working with children or young people

To be successful, you will have:

A positive and proactive attitude

Strong communication skills

Patience, empathy, and resilienceA passion for supporting children and young people

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
