As Study Programme Lead, youll take the lead in developing and delivering an inspiring, industry-relevant curriculum that responds to priority sectors, skills shortages and emerging technologies. Working closely with employers, industry partners and colleagues across the College, youll ensure our programmes remain current, ambitious and aligned with the needs of the workplace. Youll bring your industry expertise to life in the classroom and workshops, while supporting learners to achieve their potential and progress into successful careers.

- At least 4 years relevant experience in electrical insulations.
- Relevant Level 3 trade qualification along with inspection and testing qualifications.
- Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
- The ability to work successfully within a team.
- Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Annual Salary: £39,917 up to £45,539
- Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
- £5,000 golden hello
- Up to £1,500 relocation allowance [conditions apply]
