We’re working with brilliant schools in Bristol who are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can bring enthusiasm, structure, and a bit of bounce to the school day. If you’re used to leading, motivating, and keeping young people engaged, you’ll fit right in.

• Supporting pupils in class and during activities
• Helping keep students focused, engaged, and on track
• Leading small group sessions, sometimes with a sporty or active twist
• Supporting behaviour in a calm, confident way
• Getting involved in playground, PE, or extracurricular activities

You already know how to lead a group, build rapport quickly, and keep energy levels high. Those skills are gold in a classroom.

Whether it’s encouraging participation, managing behaviour, or boosting confidence, what you’ve learned in sport transfers perfectly.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
