Technical Coordinator

Overview

We are working with a Tier 1 residential developer who is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator on a permanent basis to support the delivery of a high-quality new build residential scheme in Bath (BA1). This is an excellent opportunity to join an established technical team and work on a flagship development for a well-respected, market-leading business.

Working closely alongside the wider technical team, you will play a key role in coordinating design information and ensuring the smooth technical delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion. You will act as a central point of contact between consultants, internal departments and the site team, ensuring information is issued accurately, on time and in line with programme requirements.

• Coordinate and manage design information across all disciplines
• Support the Technical Manager and wider technical team on the project
• Review drawings, specifications and technical details
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC and planning conditions
• Assist with the discharge of planning conditions and statutory approvals
• Respond to technical queries from construction and commercial teams
• Attend design, coordination, and project meetings

• Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Manager
• Background working on new build residential projects
• Experience working for a residential developer or main contractor
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
