Site Manager

Position: Site Manager (Contract)
Astute's Power team is partnering with a global leader in the Utilities and Waste Management industries to recruit a Site Manager on a 6-month contract on its site in Bath.

The Site Manager role comes with a day rate of £350-£450 and must have a background of leading works on a hospital project.

Key skills

Lead and manage daily site operations to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of works.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and specialist installations (heat pumps, solar PV, BMS, electrical and associated infrastructure works).
Enforce strict health & safety compliance, risk management and quality assurance in line with Veolia and NHS standards.
Develop and manage site programmes, resources and logistics, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
Act as the primary site liaison with the client and key stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress and site impacts.
Maintain accurate project documentation and support delivery of low-carbon, energy-efficient and decarbonisation objectives.
