MEP Divisional Lead | Mission Critical & Technical Projects
Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 plus executive package.
Location:
M4 Corridor. Industry: Construction, MEP, Data Centres, Energy, Nuclear, Mission Critical.
Take overall responsibility for strategic leadership, coordination, and performance of the MEP function across a portfolio of flagship projects, driving consistency, technical excellence, and delivery performance from early‑stage design through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the MEP strategy and delivery across multiple high‑value projects
- Manage and mentor Building Services Managers, Project Managers, and wider technical teams
- Drive programme certainty, quality standards, and commercial performance
- Oversee procurement strategies and supply‑chain engagement across MEP packages
- Support pre‑construction, technical design reviews, and delivery planning
- Act as the senior stakeholder lead for clients, consultants, and specialist subcontractors
- Ensure best practice in design coordination, commissioning, and technical compliance
- Support the continued growth and development of the regional MEP division
- Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improved project delivery
- Strong background within MEP or Building Services delivery for major construction projects
- Previous experience operating at senior project, regional, or divisional leadership level
- Proven track record delivering technically complex schemes within sectors such as data centres, energy, nuclear, or other mission‑critical environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of programme, risk, and delivery strategy
- Comfortable operating across both strategic leadership and technical delivery functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Salary between £100,000-£140,000 depending on experience
