YTL UK, based at Bath, is recruiting a Land & Compensation Surveyor for Wessex Water's Land Entry & Compensation Team. You will secure land and associated rights for project delivery, acting as the primary liaison with landowners, agents, contractors, engineers and external stakeholders.
You will provide specialist advice on site selection, project design and land acquisition strategies, and manage statutory notices under the Water Industry Act 1991.
