• Leading the commercial management of projects and ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Managing variations, claims and contractual notices in line with contract requirements
• Preparing and reviewing contract documentation, cost reports and forecasts
• Liaising with client commercial teams and subcontractors to support project delivery
• Overseeing procurement planning and subcontractor management
• Managing change control processes and monitoring project budgets
• Preparing interim applications for payment and agreeing final accounts
• Implementing value management and risk mitigation strategies

• Around 10+ years' commercial experience within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract
• Experience working on highways or infrastructure projects is advantageous
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Based in the South of England, with the ability to travel across South East project sites
