Rotating 3 Shift Pattern The Company A well-established and globally recognised manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join its high-performing engineering team. The Role As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of automated production equipment to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. Diagnosing and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems. Supporting continuous improvement projects across the site. Working on automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery. Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment. Assisting with equipment installations and upgrades. Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline. Electrical bias with approximately 60-70% electrical and 30-40% mechanical experience. Strong electrical fault-finding skills. Experience working with PLCs for fault finding. Exposure to Robotics . Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or automated industrial environment. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
