Senior Mortgage Broker

Lansdown Financial Services are an ambitious Mortgage Broker based in the heart of Bath.

We are looking to expand our team and are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join us.

Our clients and customers are at the heart of everything we do, and providing an outstanding service is paramount to how we operate.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 4 years experience as a whole of market broker, although we would consider a standout Banking Mortgage Advisor transitioning to broking.

This will be a Monday – Friday role, initially based in our central Bath office so you must be within a sensible commuting distance, but with a view to a hybrid role for the right candidate once training is completed.

Competitive base salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £60,000 in the first year, although there is the potential to earn significantly more in future years as you build your pipeline.

Laptop and phone provided, together with full admin support, plus excellent training and a great working environment.

This is a Mortgage Only position. However, there is scope for the position to be Mortgage and Protection for an exceptional candidate.
