The Role:

As a Mortgage, Protection & Home buying Adviser at First Mortgage, you’ll provide expert, customer-focused advice to clients throughout the full home buying journey.
With warm leads booked directly into your diary and full admin and post-application support, you can focus on what you do best building relationships, delivering great outcomes, and maximising your earning potential without hard sales

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide Mortgage, Protection & Home buying advice

• Guide clients through the full home buying journey

• Manage warm leads generated by our strong brand

• Build long-term client relationships

• Work with our admin and post-app teams for a smooth customer journey
Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

• Experience in mortgage advice (protection/home buying experience helpful but not essential)

• A customer-focused, professional approach

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

We will fully upskill you to advise on Protection and the Home buying process.
