Personal Tax Partner

Overview

We are currently handling a Personal Tax Partner role based in either Bristol or Bath.

It is an opportunity to play a strategic role in the Private Client Tax team of a high profile mid-sized accountancy firm. The role is client-facing and involves handling ad hoc personal tax advisory work for HNWIs and their families. Strong knowledge of CGT, IHT and trusts relating to new and old money clients is important.

• Client-facing personal tax advisory work for high-net-worth individuals and their families.
• Lead and contribute to team management and development within the Private Client Tax team.
• Contribute to departmental strategy as a key member of the partnership group.
• Engage in networking and business development activities to grow client relationships and the client base.

• Strong knowledge of Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Inheritance Tax (IHT) and trusts as they relate to new and old money clients.
• Experience in team management and strategic contribution within a tax practice.
• The opportunity would suit a Director looking to step up to Partnership, or an existing Partner seeking a new challenge.
