Management Accountant

Core3 is partnering with a rapidly growing international consumer business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant, based in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercially focused finance team within a global organisation continuing to scale across international markets.

This role offers strong exposure across reporting, commercial finance, and operational performance, giving you the opportunity to influence decision‑making while supporting the continued development of the finance function.

This business operates within a fast‑moving and entrepreneurial environment, where finance is seen as a key driver of performance and growth. As a Senior Management Accountant you will work closely with finance leadership and stakeholders across the wider organisation, helping deliver meaningful insight, strengthen reporting processes, and support commercial decision‑making. You will also play an important role in developing junior team members and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.

• Produce and review monthly management accounts across multiple business entities
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and support month‑end close activities
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support operational and commercial decision‑making
• Partner with teams across the business to improve understanding of financial performance
• Support balance sheet reviews, reconciliations and cash flow management
• Assist with VAT reporting and wider compliance activities
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial controls
• Analyse trends and performance data to support strategic planning
• Mentor and support junior finance team members
• Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent
• Experience with in a Management Accountant or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of month‑end processes and financial reporting
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive and proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior finance professionals
• Experience working within a multi‑entity or international business
• Exposure to IFRS or group reporting requirements
• Experience improving finance processes or controls
• Background within a fast‑paced consumer, retail, ecommerce or product‑led environment
