Finance Manager, Management Accounts - FTC

We work closely with teams across the organisation to deliver accurate, timely reporting that supports confident decision‑making. As part of the team responsible for Future's management accounting, you will play a key role in reviewing existing processes and driving continuous improvement across the month‑end close. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will act as the key problem solver for the B2C management accounting team. Future aims to create a month‑end process that is as automated and efficient as possible, with Straight Through Processing at its core.

This role will be central to achieving that vision, providing support, analysis and expertise wherever required across the team.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with strong technical knowledge.
• Proven experience in management accounting, including month‑end close and financial reporting.
• Experience applying AI or automation tools within a finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The expected range for this role is £50,000 - £60,000.

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office Office, working XX days from the office, XX from home.
