Each rotation is designed to build toward increasing responsibility, scope, and knowledge, supporting your progression and advancement within the business on completion.
Qualifications- At least two years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally in financial services
- Able to demonstrate a learning mindset, curiosity, and resilience
- Strong customer service skills
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Able to drive your own learning and development
- Adopt a continuous improvement and innovative approach
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as being a team player
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, and able to work independently
- Willing to work flexibly with a mixture of remote, and presence in office at least twice a week
- Motivated to build a long‑term career in financial services
