Finance Administrator

Overview

Do you have a background in Accounts administration or Finance? Are you numerical with good accuracy and attention to detail.

Juice is delighted to be working with our client in their search for a Finance administrator on a contract basis (6-9 months). Open to 4 or 5 days a week this is a great opportunity for someone with confident finance knowledge and administration skills. This role has arisen due to growth and business expansion.

• Monitor shared finance inboxes and ensure queries are responded to promptly or directed to the appropriate person
• Support processing invoices and updating approval workflow.
• Support with supplier onboarding and keep their data up to date
• Perform routine reconciliation activities, including bank and payment platform reconciliations
• Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation when required
• Support the use of finance applications such as Xero and associated integrations
• Support wider finance team with ad-hoc admin tasks including reports for different departments

• AAT Level 2 or studying towards an accounting qualification
• Experience processing high volumes of data accurately
• Keen eye for detail
• Highly organised and methodical
• Knowledge of Xero, preferred although not essential
