A leading UK financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Investments Partnership Relationship Analyst to join its Relationship & Supplier Oversight function.

This is a key role responsible for overseeing relationships with DFMs, fund managers and bond providers, ensuring investment partnerships remain commercially effective, well governed and aligned with platform strategy, customer needs and regulatory expectations.

The role will involve:
  • Acting as the relationship lead for key investment partners and managing ongoing governance reviews
  • Overseeing contractual arrangements, amendments and commercial commitments
  • Reviewing and approving the onboarding of non-standard investment assets
  • Monitoring fund utilisation, platform flows and commercial performance
  • Challenging investment partners where expected activity, service or value isn't being delivered
  • Overseeing AML and due diligence requirements relating to investment partners and offshore assets
  • Supporting EMT/investment data oversight and fair value assessments
  • Producing MI, governance reporting and maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Working closely with Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Risk and other senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring investment partnerships support good customer outcomes and meet Consumer Duty and third‑party risk requirements
We're looking for someone with:
  • Strong experience within investment platforms, investment products, wealth management or investment operations
  • Experience working with fund managers, DFMs, bond providers or investment propositions
  • Experience managing investment partner or third‑party relationships
  • Knowledge of fund onboarding, investment structures and governance
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty, AML/due diligence and Third‑Party Risk Management
  • Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills
  • Confidence challenging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation, governance and documentation skills
  • Experience working within a regulated financial services environment
