Interim Finance Assistant

A well-known Bath employer is seeking a Finance Assistant to support a busy finance function during a key operational period.

If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant, are immediately available or coming to the end of your current assignment, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

8-12 week interim assignment based in Bath centre (local to Bath Spa Station).

Responsibilities:

Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with month-end processes
Managing finance inbox queries
Processing employee expenses
Supporting reporting and finance administration
Suitable backgrounds:

Previous Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant experience
Exposure to both purchase and sales ledger
Experience supporting month-end activities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working across multiple finance functions
AAT studying or qualified candidates encouraged to apply
