Interim Finance Assistant

A well-known Bath employer is seeking a Finance Assistant to support a busy finance function during a key operational period.

If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant, are immediately available or coming to the end of your current assignment, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

8-12 week interim assignment based in Bath centre (local to Bath Spa Station).

Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end processes
• Managing finance inbox queries
• Processing employee expenses
• Supporting reporting and finance administration

Suitable backgrounds:

• Previous Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant experience
• Exposure to both purchase and sales ledger
• Experience supporting month-end activities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working across multiple finance functions
• AAT studying or qualified candidates encouraged to apply
