Interim Project Finance Support

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Project Finance Support professional to join a busy finance team within a leading Bath-based organisation. Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders, you will provide financial support across a range of projects, helping to ensure accurate reporting, cost tracking, and financial control.

This role would suit a highly organised individual with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data and supporting business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Monitoring project costs and expenditure against budgets Supporting project managers with financial information and analysis Maintaining accurate project finance records and documentation Processing project-related purchase orders, invoices, and financial transactions Producing reports using Excel and finance systems Assisting with reconciliations and month-end project accounting activities Investigating financial queries and resolving data discrepancies Supporting finance and operational teams with ad hoc project work About You Previous experience within finance, project support, or finance administration Strong analytical and numerical skills Comfortable working with large datasets and financial information Advanced Excel skills desirable Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities Available to start immediately or at short notice What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
