M&G in the UK is seeking a CASS Oversight Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide day-to-day oversight of BPO-delivered CASS activities, ensure controls are robust, and support the Regulatory lead on related regulations.
You will maintain evidence, prepare governance packs, and help deliver good customer outcomes by strengthening risk management and control assurance across the CASS framework.
