Minerva Primary Care Network in Bath is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for maternity cover, approx. 15 hours per week, across four GP practices (Combe Down, Newbridge, Rush Hill and Weston).
You will work with clinical teams to support patient care, develop best practice and provide mutual support; CPPE pathway completion or prior primary care experience preferred, with time split between member practices and the Beehive Pharmacy Team Hub.
