We're recruiting full-time and part-time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients have work available in Bath, Radstock, Trowbridge and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £13.65 to £14.65
per hour, up to £18.50ph on a bank holiday
Typically earn between £530 and £725 per week depending on hours

We offer a flexible approach to shifts

Mornings 7:00am – 2:00pm
Evenings 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Nights 10pm to 7am
Every other Weekend availability (with a focus on work-life balance)
Full-time and part-time roles available. What You’ll Be Doing As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping them stay safe, independent and connected. Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support) Meal preparation and medication support Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach Companionship – making someone’s day brighter Light household tasks Working alongside families, Social Workers, Nurses and other professionals Reporting changes and maintaining care records Who We’re Looking For No experience?
